Maîtres nordiques adultes (de l'aventure !)
À PROPOS
Chelsea Nordiq is offering two complementary Adult programs for intermediate level skiers who want to improve skills, build endurance, increase fitness and challenge themselves. Each program consists of two parts: i) dry-land sessions and ii) ski sessions.
Wednesday Evenings
The weekday evening program will focus on technique, strength and stamina. Dryland activities include circuit training, trail running, hiking, strength building and ski bounding. On-Snow sessions will include classic, skate and backcountry options, as well as technique sessions. Our focus is on getting out together to enjoy some time on skis!
Saturday Mornings
The Saturday program will focus on endurance, efficiency and exploration. Dryland activities include orienteering, biking, trail running, hiking, and team challenge activities. On-snow, we classic, skate and backcountry ski. We go where the snow leads us, and like to offer a choice of exploration. We provide the opportunity to build distance in preparation for a ski event or full-day ski adventure. The social aspect is super important, so look out for cabin suppers and a ski- touring weekend away.
Oh, et nous aimons rendre cela amusant !
